The Lemon Tree finds its roots in Deventer, The Netherlands, where owner Valentijn Bergers opened his first restaurant on February 14, 2019. Inspired by Scandinavian Nordic dining, our young and dynamic team excels in service and offers a unique, ever-changing menu that focuses on local ingredients. The success of our first fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Deventer has allowed Valentijn to pursue his lifelong dream of opening a new venture in Curaçao.
The Lemon Tree is part of our family of three nestled in the beautiful Art Hotel designed by Piet Boon.
